Your responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide superb service and gaming experiences tailored to them, across all products
  • Monitor individual client performance and ensure that marketing commitments are being adhered to
  • Monitor and analyse our product performance to identify strengths, weaknesses and trends
  • Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to Senior Management
  • Monitor the performance on the market level, understand and act upon trends
  • Work closely with clients to ensure maximum exposure of our games
  • Initiate promotional campaigns that will drive activity on client side, ensure that they are generated in a timely manner, and results monitored and reported
  • Act as middle person between the company and the clients, whilst always adhering to company protocols
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing departments, with a constant focus on delivering the very best customer experience
  • Be a knowledgeable and strong ambassador of the company
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators

What are we looking for:

  • Previous iGaming experience, ideally as an Account Manager (B2B) or Casino Manager
  • Self-starter and motivated to succeed we are looking for an individual with excellent social communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it
  • A problem solver with a proactive approach and attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A result-oriented individual, able to work independently and with the ability to take ownership
  • A high standard of written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Any languages additional to English are a plus
